EXPORT COMPLIANCE
SDS & labelling requirements for 15 export markets
The same chemical can need different SDS language, label and registration steps depending on the destination. This table summarizes the core requirements and links to an English summary page for each market, with verification and next review dates.
How to use it: identify the destination first, then confirm the SDS language and format, the label requirements and any registration or notification duty. Requirements change with tonnage, substance class and intended use.

FAQ
Questions exporters ask first
LANG
Which language should the SDS be in?Use the destination market language: an official EU member-state language, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Indonesian or Vietnamese. English works in some markets but is not a substitute where a local-language SDS is required.
ONE
Can one English SDS cover all markets? No. Format, label and registration duties differ even where English is accepted. A single master document can be used as a source, but each market needs its own compliant version.
DUTY
Do I need registration or notification too?Often yes. Examples include EU REACH registration or an OR, K-REACH registration, CSCL notification in Japan and NEA licensing in Singapore. Confirm by substance, tonnage and use.
NEXT
What should I prepare first?Company and product identity, CAS and concentration, intended use, destination and annual volume. With those, we can identify the SDS type and any missing data before quoting.
Not sure which SDS type your market requires?
Send the product, destination and current documents. We will map the requirement and list the gaps before any testing or authoring starts.
